About Warrior Path

At Warrior Path, we're more than just a martial arts club. We're a community. Whether you're brand new to martial arts, looking to sharpen your skills, or wanting to compete at regional events, you'll find your place here. We offer expert coaching combining boxing, Muay Thai, wrestling and BJJ, all taught in a supportive, down-to-earth environment. Our coaches are experienced, our gym is clean and fully equipped, and everyone’s welcome. No egos. No pressure. Just real training. Opening Hours

The gym is open on the following days:

Wednesdays: 4pm to 9pm
Saturdays: 10am to 3pm

Members enjoy plenty of flexibility to train after work, after school and even on the weekends. The schedule also accomodates for recovery and rest.

Adults training

Seniors (Ages 12+)

Our Seniors program dives deep into the fundamentals of Mixed Martial Arts, blending striking and grappling into a comprehensive system.

Striking classes: Saturday 12-3 PM
Grappling classes: Wednesday 6-9 PM

Expect challenging sessions designed to improve strength, agility, and mental toughness in a friendly, respectful environment.

Kids training

Juniors (Under 12s)

Our Juniors program builds discipline, confidence, and self-defence in a playful and safe setting that kids love.

Striking classes: Saturday 10 AM to 12 noon
Grappling classes: Wednesday 4-6 PM

All sessions include warm-ups, skill drills, and light supervised sparring to apply what they’ve learned.

Boxing

Boxing is the art of precision striking and defensive movement. You'll learn to throw sharp, accurate punches while mastering footwork, head movement, and upper-body defense. More than just hitting, boxing builds your reaction time, spatial awareness, and ability to stay composed under pressure. It's one of the most effective foundations for stand-up fighting.

Muay Thai training

Muay Thai

Muay Thai, known as the “Art of Eight Limbs,” brings a full-body approach to striking. You’ll add powerful kicks, knee strikes, elbow combinations, and clinch control to your striking arsenal. This style emphasizes versatility, giving you the tools to become a well-rounded and dangerous striker capable of fighting at all ranges.

Wrestling

Wrestling teaches you how to control your opponent through clinches, takedowns, and dominant top positions. It's a vital skill for neutralising threats and dictating where the fight happens, on the feet or on the ground. You'll build explosive power, balance, timing and relentless pressure, making you a serious threat in close quarters.

Jiu Jitsu training

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu focuses on neutralising threats and finishing fights with submissions from a variety of positions. You’ll learn to escape bad positions, control the ground, and finish fights with joint locks or chokes. Jiu Jitsu empowers smaller practitioners to outmanoeuvre larger and stronger opponents using technique and leverage.
